The main reason behind this problem is that the person if forced to done even his mindset is not ready or he has not feeling comfortable.
The second main reason is that he never want to done it again so he just try to fulfill that work means he gave quantity instead of quality.
The main solution of that problem is to never give up and take it as a challenge as to escape is not a solution so let the situation escape is the best solution. In easy words whenever you tried you will step closer to your destination.think about goal not problem.
Sometime overthinking made the problem more difficult than it is.
If I am talking what to done at that phase so be calm and be confident,never looks the length or the difficulty just think about the benefits of the destination. And think about the easiest way to make that work extraordinary.
Always make strategy in every single work as it provides you the way and the time for make that work more effective.
